Journaling in English

Last time, I wrote about my thoughts in English.

And I found that it's a lot of fun and useful for me to relieve my stress and anxieties.

I use twitter everyday, so it may be much easier to express my thoughts in English through my twitter.

But there are so many excellent users who have a high level of English proficiency on social media that I tend to hesitate to post something in English.

I'm afraid of making  grammatical mistakes, and being pointed out my mistakes by someone, ( because as you know, some Japanese people are overly critical of other people's English )

On that point, I realized that doing the same thing on my blog is much more comfortable because my blog has few readers, so I don't have to be worried about making mistakes.

Not only that, articles written in English will rarely come up on Google.

That gives me a sense of security about being identified.

When I journal out my thoughts, I can see what's causing my stress, worries, and anxieties.

Writing them in English would be more helpful for me to organize my thoughts as well as improve my English.

For these reasons, I decided to journal my thoughts in English when I feel like it.

Thank you for reading my post.
